Another great service for small to mid-size businesses is MyFax.com. MyFax.com allows you to send and receive faxes through your e-mail account. MyFax gives you a fax number and when someone sends a fax to that number, you will receive it to the e-mail account you associate with the fax. The fax image is converted to a PDF file for subsequent printing and/or storage. You also send faxes through your e-mail account. (If you need to send a hard copy document, you will need a scanner). Benefits include faxes can now follow you whereever you go, you can get rid of that extra phone line and you will not have to worry about your fax machine running out of paper.
